Privacy and data requests
Ground LEVEL is the employee workspace operated by Direct Rate, LLC. You can use this page to request access to, correction of, or deletion of information associated with your Ground LEVEL account, including after you stop using the app.
How to make a request
- Email support@directrateusa.com with the subject Ground LEVEL privacy request.
- Identify the work email associated with your account and whether you are requesting access, correction, account closure or data deletion. Describe the information involved without including sensitive documents.
- We will verify your identity and review the request with the appropriate company owner. Do not send passwords, Social Security numbers, identity documents or financial records in the initial email. If more information is needed, we will arrange an appropriate way to provide it.
What deletion means
Account closure or deactivation ends access; it does not itself erase associated records. We review a data deletion request separately and delete information that is eligible for deletion. We may retain records needed for mortgage and employment obligations, security, fraud prevention, disputes, legal holds or other lawful business requirements. We will explain applicable limits when responding to your request.
Removing the app or signing out does not automatically delete server records or backups. A request does not delete other employees' or customers' records that you do not have authority to control.
